Terms of Use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Nathan Joseph Dela Agpalo (“Courtsight”, “we”). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s standard end user license agreement.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 your parent or guardian must agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Your videos
You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the rallies and exports you make. You give us a limited license to store, copy, process and display your videos only to run Courtsight for you, for example to analyze, back up, play back and export them. We do not use your videos to train our models unless you opt in.
Only upload footage you have the right to use. Recordings may show other players, including minors; you are responsible for having any permission your league, venue or the law requires. Don’t upload anything illegal, sexual, violent or infringing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are sold through Apple. Prices, plan limits and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. If we change a price, Apple will notify you and the change applies from your next renewal.
Plans limit how many hours of footage you can analyze each month. Unused hours do not carry over.
Rally detection is automatic
Rally detection is done by a machine learning model and can be wrong. Review your rallies before you rely on them, for example before deleting original footage.
Third-party services
Exporting to YouTube or signing in with Google or Apple uses their services under their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Courtsight running and your footage safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copy of footage that matters to you. We may change or stop features, and will give reasonable notice in the app before shutting down the service so you can export your videos. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the app first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost footage.
Ending your account
You can stop using Courtsight and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. The sections on liability and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New York, unless your local law gives you a different right.
