Courtsight

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Courtsight (“we”, “us”) is operated by Nathan Joseph Dela Agpalo, an individual based in New York, United States. This policy explains what the Courtsight iPhone app and courtsight.co collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@courtsight.co.

What we collect

Data Examples Why
Account Email address, and a display name and profile photo from Google or Apple sign-in; an account ID; a passkey’s public key if you add one (the private key stays on your devices) To sign you in and keep your library in sync
Videos you choose Match recordings you pick from your Photos library, smaller copies made on your phone for analysis and playback, and originals if you back them up To find rallies, play them back and keep your footage safe if you delete it from your phone
Match details Match title, team names, match type, recording dates, how videos are grouped into sets To organize your library
Rally results and edits Where rallies start and end, and any changes you make To show and export your rallies
Usage Minutes of footage analyzed, and whether analysis ran on your phone or our servers To apply your plan’s limits
Device iPhone model To choose whether your phone can run analysis itself
Purchases Subscription status and transaction IDs from Apple or Stripe, through RevenueCat To unlock your plan
Notifications A device token from Apple, if you allow notifications To tell you when your rallies are ready or a backup has finished
Crash reports Crash and error details, with your iPhone model and iOS version but not your name or email To find and fix crashes
Server logs IP address, request times, error details Security and fixing problems; kept 30 days

The app only reads the videos you select. It does not access the rest of your photo library, your location, your contacts or your microphone.

We do not collect analytics for advertising, show ads, track you across other apps or websites, or sell or share your personal information.

How analysis works

On supported iPhones, rally detection runs on your phone and only the results are sent to us. On other phones, or if you choose, a smaller copy of the video is analyzed on our cloud servers and the results are saved to your account.

We do not use your videos to train our models. If that changes, we will ask for your permission in the app first, and only use videos from people who agree.

YouTube export

If you export to YouTube, you sign in to Google separately and grant Courtsight permission only to upload videos to your channel. Uploads go directly from your phone to YouTube. We never receive your YouTube data or Google password, and the permission is stored only on your phone.

Courtsight uses YouTube API Services. By exporting to YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Courtsight’s access at any time in your Google account permissions.

Courtsight’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
